PROCESS LARGE FOOD

4. Put the large food into the big food chute on the cover,close the Food Chute Lid (refer to “How to lock the Food Chute
Lid”). Then the Removable Loop will be over the food.
Use the Food Guide to help you prepare food for slice/shred processing.
5. Slide the Food Pusher into the Removable Loop, insert the plug into an electric outlet.
6. Rotate the knob clockwise until it is on the “MIN”/“MAX” for continuous processing, put down the Removable Loop
and Food Pusher with about 1lb force.
7. After processing food, rotate the knob anticlockwise until it is on the “OFF ”, allow the disc to stop rotating, open
the Food Chute Lid (refer to “How to open the Food Chute Lid”). Twist the Food Chute/Cover towards unlock to remove
the cover.

PROCESS SMALL AND LONG FOOD
1.
Place the Bowl onto the Base at first. Refer to “How to assembly the Bowl”
2. Carefully grasp the Slice/Shred Disc (It’s very sharp! Becareful when handling!) , with the desired side (Slice or
Shred) up and push it down onto the disc Stem.?Fig.11?
3. Lock the cover, refer to “How to assemble the Cover”.
4. Lock the Food Chute Lid ( refer to “How to lock the Food Chute Lid”).
5. Fill the Removable Loop with food and place the Pusher over the food.
6. Press lightly but firmly on the Food Pusher with about 1lb force while knob is on the “MIN”/“MAX”.
7. After processing food, rotate the knob anticlockwise until it is on the “OFF ”, allow the disc to stop rotating, open
the Food Chute Lid (refer to “How to open the Food Chute Lid”). Twist the Food Chute/Cover towards unlock to remove
the cover.
Note: You have to open the Food Chute Lid firstly before locking or opening the Cover. (Refer to “How to open the Food
Chute Lid”)

FOOD PROCESSING TIPS/LIQUIDS
1.
Hot liquids (less than 80C) and hot foods can be processed in the Bowl.
2. Be sure to process small amounts of liquids-2 cups or less at a time. Larger amounts may leak from the Bowl.

USING YOUR JUICER
Note:
Be sure the unit is OFF and the cord is unplugged before use.
The pressure cone can not be removed from the juice. Halve the food/ fruit in advance.
Let unit do the work, heavy pressure will not speed operation. Do not use the processor continuously for more than
15 seconds at a time, allow a rest period of 1 minutes between working cycles.

HOW TO LOCK THE JUICER
1.
Place the Bowl onto the Base at first. Refer to “How to assembly the Bowl”
2. Ensure the Disc Stem is placed in position.Line up the mark on the sieve and the mark u nlo ck on the Bowl while
align the centerlines of the Juice and the Bowl. Put down the Juice until it is correctly placed on the Bowl, twist the
juice anticlockwise towards LOCK until it click into the Bowl, then the mark on the juice will line up with the mark lock
on the Bowl, The juice is fully locked onto the Bowl, as shown in the Fig.15.
Note: When the juice is correctly placed, the safety mechanism on the juice and Bowl will be in same position. The unit
won’t operate if the juice is not correctly placed onto the Bowl .

HOW TO OPEN THE THE SIEVE
Twist the juice clockwise towards UNLOCK until the mark on the juice will line up with the mark u n lo ck on the Bowl,
juice is fully unlocked from the Bowl, as shown in the Fig.16.
Note: When cover is UNLOCK, the safety mechanism on the sieve and Bowl will be in different position. The unit won’t
operate .

HOW TO PRESS
Note:
Be sure the unit is OFF and the cord is unplugged before use.
Cut the fruit/food by two parts evenly.
1. Place the Bowl onto the Base. Refer to “How to assembly the Bowl”
2. Lock the juice. Refer to “How to lock the Juice”
3. Ensure the juice are placed in position. Plug the cord into an electric outlet.
4. Halve the food/ fruit, full hold the fruit in hand and press the fruit on the corn, turn the knob to “MIN/MAX”for juicer
operation.(Fig.17,Fig.18)
