3 Mounting
3.1 Mounting preparations
The following tools are required for mounting:

Allen wrench size 4
3.2 Mounting steps
Proceed as follows:
1. Remove protective cap from the process fitting
2. Insert process seal into the groove on the process fitting

3. Insert extension into the mounting boss. The process seal must
keep its position
4. Screw in all mounting screws and tighten evenly. For the required
torque, see chapter "Technical data"
Warning:
The VEGABAR 52 may be pressurized only when all four mount-
ing screws are tightened as described. Only the supplied mounting
screws may be used.
Otherwise, the process seal and the pressure holding capacity of the
process fitting are not guaranteed. Personal injury and/or property
damage can result.
Assembly is finished.
