Introduction: This new cover has been designed to enable you to enhance and upgrade the top of the ZR1 LS9
supercharger. The design will overlay the supercharger without permanently changing the original intended display.
Liner Information: Your new accessories will come to you with a protective surface liner. Leave this liner in place until
the installation is complete to prevent finger prints and or possible scratches during installation.
1. The first step will be to prepare the factory engine shroud to receive the new cover. Remove the entire shroud
from the engine. You will notice the four attachment studs on either side of the super charger. This application
will require you to raise these studs a fraction in order to receive the new cover. You have been provided with
four thick brass washers. Remove each of the four studs and place one of the washers under the stud and
retighten. This will effectively raise the stud thusly raising the cover.
