Introduction:
Liner Information: Your new accessories will come to you with a protective surface liner. Leave this liner in
place until the installation is complete to prevent finger prints and or possible scratches during installation.
1. Surface Preparation: Your new cover is designed to attach to your existing stock fuel rail covers via
Velcro tape. PLEASE NOTE: If silicone treatments have previously been applied to your fuel rail
covers please refer to the special preparation instructions attached. If silicone treatments have not
been applied then continue by first removing all road dirt and grime with soap and water. Then
scrub your fuel rail covers along the entire most inner corner with household isopropyl alcohol.
(This is where your new plenum cover will sit). Let dry then wipe same area with the adhesive
promoter (provided).
2. You have been provided with two decorative plastic chrome vacuumed valve covers specifically
designed to cover the large vacuumed valve just to the driver side of the factory plenum. Dab a
small amount of common household 100% silicone (clear) to the valve, set the half cut cover onto
