Hook Plate
Attach tilt bracket to rotational mount (A) using
the M10 x 15 mm screws provided with tilt
bracket as shown below.

Attach adapter bracket to rotational mount (A) using the
M10 x 15 mm screws provided with adapter bracket as
shown below.

ADAPTER BRACKET
NOTE: The ACC170 (sold separately) accessory is
required.
Align inner holes of accessory plate to inner holes
of hook plate. Attach accessory plate to hook plate
using four M10 x 15 mm screws (B) with 6 mm
allen wrench (F) as shown below.
Attach interface plate to rotational mount (A) using the M10 x 15
mm screws provided with hook plate as shown below.

M10 x 15 mm screws provided with hook bracket as

NOTE: Reinstall hook bracket to wall mount according to wall mount
instructions. NOTE: Reinstall tilt bracket to ceiling mount according to ceiling mount
instructions.
NOTE: Reinstall adapter bracket to LCD stand according to stand
instructions. NOTE: Reinstall hook plate to cart or stand according to instructions
included with cart or stand
