The following figures provide typical characteristics curves for the QRW040A0S1R0 (VO = 1.0 V) module at room temperature

(TA = 25 °C).The figures are identical for both on/off configurations.

Tested with a 220µF aluminium and a 1.0µF ceramic
capacitor across the load.
