The drivers menu shows the available device drivers if the system detects installed

Installs the Intel ® Chipset INF Update Program.
Realtek Audio Driver
Installs the Realtek audio driver.

Installs the NVIDIA VGA driver.
ITECIR Vista Driver
Installs the ITECIR Vista driver.
