Selects the PIO mode. Configuration options: [Auto] [0] [1] [2] [3] [4]

DMA.Mode.[Auto]

Selects the DMA mode. Configuration options: [Auto]

SMART.Monitoring.[Auto]

Sets the Smart Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Technology.

Configuration options: [Auto] [Disabled] [Enabled]

32Bit.Data.Transfer.[Enabled]

Enables or disables 32-bit data transfer.

Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]

The items in this menu allow you to set or change the configurations for the SATA

devices installed in the system. Select an item then press <Enter> if you wish to

configure the item.

OnChip.SATA.Channel.[Enabled]

Enables or disables the onboard channel SATA port. Configuration options:

[Disabled] [Enabled]

SATA Port1 – Port4 [IDE]

Configures SATA 1/2/3/4. Configuration options: [IDE] [RAID] [AHCI]
SATA Port5 – Port6 [IDE]

Configures SATA 5/6. Configuration options: [IDE] [RAID] [AHCI]

• When SATA 1/2/3/4 are configured as [IDE], SATA 5/6 can only be

configured as [IDE].

• When SATA 1/2/3/4/5/6 are configured as [AHCI], only SATA 1/2/3/4 can be

detected under OS. Ensure to install the AHCI driver, so that you can use

SATA 1/2/3/4/5/6 in AHCI mode under OS.

• When SATA 1/2/3/4 are configured as [AHCI] and SATA 5/6 are configured

as.[IDE], you can access the devices on SATA 5/6 before entering OS.
