Signal names
Signal names are texts you can use to identify an input or a
signal. You can create up to 40 signal names, each with a
length of 32 characters.
A signal name can be assigned to one or more inputs or
signals according to your needs.
The signal names are used in SMS messages sent by the
Chatter™ Data Logger, in this example the signal name
'Tamper' has been assigned to the digital input number 1.
Signal names are combined. If the Chatter™ Data Logger has
a device name, an input has a name attached and a limit is
identified with a name, the SMS message could look like this.
