by forcing water under high pressure through ground coffee, this gives the coffee
an exceptional full bodied flavour. Simple to use, the espresso maker often referred
to as “Moka Pot” provides a fuller roasted flavour preparing rich espresso coffee in
minutes.

.

Ensure that

the coffee maker is stable when it is on the stove top and that the lid is
closed before use.

Do not use the product in the microwave.

Make sure the gas flame is adjusted properly and does not lap around the
sides of the espresso maker as this will waste energy and cause the handles
of the espresso maker to become hot.

If you are unsure about the temperature of the handles please use oven
gloves.

When using smaller espresso makers (below six cups) we advise the use of a
heat diffuser or gas ring reducer when heating the espresso maker on a gas
stove. They are available at all good cookware shops.

Remove the espresso maker from the heat when the top section is full of
coffee.

To avoid spillages, ensure the surface is stable.

The base will become hot when it is in use an will remain hot after use, place
it on a heat resistant surface both during and after use.

Do not leave the espresso maker on a hot stove without water in the base
section.

Do not touch the hot surface – use the handles or the knobs provided.

Do not unscrew the espresso maker until it has fully cooled.

Pour coffee slowly from the espresso maker.
