Blending recipes

French Dressing

Ingredients

100ml Extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp. white wine vinegar

2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

2 tbsp. sugar

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

Method

1.

Add the olive oil, white wine vinegar, mustard, sugar and blend until its
smooth and to a slightly thickened consistency.

2.

Add the salt and pepper if required, then put it in the fridge until you need to

use it.

Spicy Tomato Salsa Dressing

Ingredients

400g tomatoes

1 red onion

2 small red chillies

1 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves

1 tbsp. sugar

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste
