Method

1.

Add chopped tomatoes, chopped red onion, chopped red chillies, coriander
leaves and white sugar into the blending jug.

2.

Use the pulse option to blend until you get a thick chunky consistency.

3.

Add the salt and pepper if required and put it in the fridge until you need to

use it.

Chunky Pesto

Bunch of fresh basil

3 cloves of garlic

3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

75g sunflower seeds

6 tbsp. olive oil

Place garlic cloves, basil and 2 tbsp. of olive oil into the smoothie maker jug.

Pulse until the garlic is fine.

Add grated parmesan cheese and the rest of the olive oil. Pulse until

ingredients are combined.

3.

Add the sunflower seeds. Pulse once last time. Don’t pulse too much here
as you want the sunflower seeds to remain chunky.
