Unpack the product and remove any packaging.

Clean all parts of the appliance that come into contact with food before using
the appliance.

Never immerse the mixer in water or any other liquid.

Wash the stainless steel beater dough hooks and whisk in warm soapy water.
Always ensure that all parts are dried correctly before storing them.

Before inserting the attachments into the mixer please make sure that the
product is switched off and unplugged from the mains.

To insert the beaters or dough hooks into the mixer, push them into the

been inserted correctly.

When attaching the steel beaters to the mixer please be careful to insert the
correct beater into the correct slot as indicated by the diagram above the holes
in the mixer.

Using the Hand Mixer

The mixer is only to be used for a maximum of 5 minutes at any one time. Switch
off and allow the mixer to cool before using it again.

Before mixing, make sure the speed switch is set to “Off” before plugging the
appliance in. Hold the mixer over the bowl with the beaters always in the food.

Choose a speed setting by sliding the switch to the appropriate setting. It is
advised to start at a low speed setting and gradually increase the speed to
prevent food from spraying out of the bowl.
