2 - ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

Before connecting the machine to the mains through relative cable, check that the mains voltage matches
the one shown on the nameplate at the back of the balancing machine. Rating of the electrical connection
should be on the basis of the machine electrical power consumption (0,8 Kw)

The machine mains supply cable should be fi tted with a plug conforming to current regulations.

It is recommended to provide the machine with its own electrical connection through a slow acting

safety switch rated at 4 A (230 V) or 8 A (115 V);

Check that the electric circuit and socket earthing connections are correct;

Always wear safety goggles when using the wheel balancer.

2.3

- ADAPTER MOUNTING

The wheel balancer is supplied complete with
cone type adapter for fastening wheels with
central bore. The threaded terminal is fi tted
according to the drawing; it can be removed
to fi t optional adapters.

CEMB produces numerous fl anges which can
be used to assemble any wheel type (see
enclosed). The use of non-original accessories
is not recommended, since these could preju-
dice measurement quality.
