BALANCING MACHINE CALIBRATION
To calibrate the machine, operate as follows:
Fit a medium-sized wheel with steel rim on the shaft. Example: 6” x 15” (± 1”) best with less then 20 g unbalance.

Perform a manual spin under normal conditions
a.
b. Add a 60 gr. (2.00 oz) sample weight on the out
side in any angular position
c. Shift the sample weight from the outside to the
inside keeping the same angular position.
d. Turn the wheel until the sample weight is in the
12 o’clock position.
e. END OF CALIBRATION
CANCELS CALIBRATION IN ANY PHASE.
