Operating Instructions
1. Connect power supply and switch AC on. Yellow power LED will
illuminate.
2. Wait for AMBER charging LED to stop flashing
3. When GREEN LED shows, connect calibrated multimeter and switch
to 20V DC range.
4. Connect battery tester clips tightly to posts, RED + BLACK -
5. During battery tester power up, allow multimeter voltage to stablise, then
compare voltage with battery tester. Pass equals ±5% of multimeter
reading.
6. Record battery tester Ah reading Pass = 7Ah - 9Ah
7. Replace battery tester leads if Ah reading is low or erratic. IMPORTANT:
BATMASTER operating temperature 20°C - 30°C (68°F - 86°F)
Replace BATMASTER internal battery (Yuasa NP7Ah-12V) when RED
LED indicates.

any time and carry out recalibrations when necessary. A cost effective
