At the server system console prompt, type the following
command and press Enter:
load alane elan_id=
n
where
n
is the ELAN ID number.

At the Enter ELAN ID (0-3) prompt, type
0
(for the first ELAN)
and press Enter.
Several messages appear on the screen. The last message
should read as follows:
alane0: N7500 ELAN is Active

Removing ATM Software for NetWare 3.12
To remove the Adaptec ATM software for Novell NetWare 3.12

Type the following command at the system prompt, and press
Enter
:
load edit

In the File Edit screen, type the following command at the
system prompt and press Enter:
sys:\system\autoexec.ncf
The File SYS:\SYSTEM\AUTOEXEC.NCF screen appears.

Delete the following command:
sys:\system\atms.ncf

Save and exit the file.
