2. Circuit

Description

The MCN-RYB-8 board has 8 identical circuits. The following will describe the
first such circuit.

I/O bits 1 or 3 can be used as inputs to drive the coil of the relay (see Figure 1).

2.1

Relay Control Inputs E1-E8 “B” Side

Each relay has its own jumper block (E1-E8) to select the input that will drive the
relay coil. Each relay can be controlled from either I/O bit 1 or 3 associated with
it, depending upon the position of the B1 or B3 jumper in jumper blocks E1-E8.
The following table shows the jumper configuration for relay K1:
