This fixture is intended for INDOOR USE ONLY. Do not expose this fixture to moisture or rain.
NEVER operate the fixture if it is wet.
DO NOT OPERATE THIS FIXTURE WITHIN 3 FEET OF ANY FLAMMABLE MATERIALS
This fixture can become extremely hot. This is especially true when operated with high wattage lamps and when
operated over long time periods.
DO NOT RESTRICT AIR
This fixture must be installed so that air can freely circulate around all of its surfaces.
Do not block any holes or ventilation areas.
USE ONLY WITH SPECIFIED POWER TYPE
Be sure the electrical power source matches the power requirements marked on the fixture.
USE THE CORRECT LAMP
This fixture can be used with multiple types of lamps. Be sure that the lamp is the correct type and does not
exceed the maximum wattage marked on the fixture.

TURN OFF ALL ELECTRICAL POWER SOURCES BEFORE INSTALLATING THIS FIXTURE.
FIXTURE MUST BE GROUNDED
This fixture is supplied with a earth ground wire and/or grounding terminal. The ground connection must be used.
Ensure that the device that the fixture is connected to contains a working ground connection.
DISCONNECT THE FIXTURE FROM ALL ELECTRICAL POWER SOURCES BEFORE SERVICING.
HOT SURFACES
Never touch the fixture or the lamp while it is operating. Before servicing - allow the fixture to cool for at least 15
minutes after turning it off.
USE SAFETY CABLE
Use a safety cable when installing this fixture. They are inexpensive and easy to use. They are available from
stage supply sources and some lighting companies.
BRIGHT LIGHT
Lamps used with this fixture can produce light bright enough to damage your eyes. Do not look directly into the
light beam.
