Grilling directly on the Firebox
Detach the Cooking Chamber
from the Firebox Housing and
you gain a second open-top grilling
surface. Place a grill directly on
top of the Firebox and enjoy a
high temperature pit for steaks,
chops or those special frying pan
creations.
You can use the Firebox Housing
simultaneously with grilling efforts
conducted in and on the Cooking
Chamber.
The cooker was designed so that you may also open the drawer, remove the tuning plate lids, and
place a cooking rack directly on the firebox top. Place the items to be grilled on the rack and
close the drawer. Cooking can continue up above in the cooking chamber while you are grilling.
