1. Identify all parts per the attached sketches. Some parts are very similar.

2. Build the outer frame consisting of the Right and Left sides, Top and Bottom. All slots face inside
and all panels fi t securely in the slots. All screws go into pre-drilled holes only. The easiest method
to build the assembly is with the front (rounded) edges facing down on the fl oor. As the parts are
screwed together, pay careful attention that the 1/4" slots in the rear of each panel are aligned. Note
that there is no 1/4" slot in the rear of the Bottom panel. Use the 1 1/4" screws through the pre-drilled
holes in the Right and Left sides to secure the panels together.

3. Leave the unit face down on the fl oor. Now slide the two horizontal panels into the two sets of
slots in the Right and Left sides. The side of each Horizontal panel with the longer shallow slot must
face the Bottom panel. The side of the Horizontal panel that only has the slot that goes all the way
through faces the Top. Do not install the fasteners yet.

*Note* Make sure Bottom is seated all the way forward in the slots. The rear of the Bottom will not line up with
the rear of the other sides. This gap is for inserting the Back Panels later.

Vertical Panel

4. Find the pilot hole 3/4" from the top on one side
of one end of the Vertical panels. Attach the Angle
Brackets with the 1/2" wood screws to both of these
Vertical panels. Position them so that these ends are
going to be up and slide them into the slots. They
may be a tight fi t, care must be taken to that they are
fully seated into position and fully into the slots.
