SAFE USE
► Before use, carefully read these instructions.
► To avoid electric shock, the power unit (fig. A) should not be submerged in water or any other
liquid.
► Be particularly careful when using the processor when there are children nearby.
► Be sure to unplug the appliance when not in use or when you prepare to clean it.
► Before and while using the processor it should be positioned horizontally on a smooth and stable
surface.
► Do not disconnect the safety switches in a different manner than indicated in the design solution
(the mixer bowl G2; blender cover B2, juicer cover H2 and lemon squeezer container D2 are
designed for this), as this could cause injury or damage.
► Before commencing work ensure that you have not accidentally left a kitchen utensil (such as a
spoon or spatula) in the blender cover B1, juicer container H4 or mixer bowl G2, as this could lead
to permanent damage of parts or of the entire appliance.
► In the event that the appliance is faulty or has a damaged power cord or plug, do not use it as using
a defective appliance may be dangerous to the user. In such a situation contact the main service
centre to rectify the fault.
► Attachments and accessories not recommended by the manufacturer should not be used, as these
may damage the processor.
► The appliance should not be used outdoors.
► Do not hang the power cord over a sharp edge or allow it to touch a hot surface.
► Before starting the appliance ensure that all of the attachments and accessories are properly fit-
ted.
► Food which has been processed is pushed by the blender pusher B3 or the pusher on the juicing
attachment H1. Do NOT use any other objects for this purpose, as this could cause serious injury
or damage the equipment.
► Before dismantling the appliance, first switch it off, then unplug it and wait for the motor to stop
completely!
► Be careful when using the cutting blades and discs, and when emptying and cleaning the food
processor.
► This appliance is not designed for the use by persons (including children) with limited physical,
sensory or mental abilities, or persons inexperienced or unfamiliar with the appliance, except
under supervision or in accordance with the instructions for use communicated by persons re-
sponsible for their safety.
► Do not allow children to play with the appliance.
► Do not place the appliance near other electrical appliances, burners, ovens, etc.
