For your use, a listing of possible operational malfunctions, possible causes and their prob-
able remedies is as follows:

1. With push-button
pressed, motor does
not run; leveler does
not move. 1. No power 1. Check voltage input at
control.
OR blown fuses or overload
open. Check fuses, replace if
necessary with correct type.
Reset overload.
2. Leveler will not
raise or lower, three
phase motor running
or humming. 2. Phase reversed, motor
running 2. Reverse any two legs at
disconnect box.
OR motor single-phasing
(motor humming). Check fuses, wiring and
overload reset.
