Section 1 Plug and Play

The Mobile Monitor conforms to VESA DDC standard and supports VESA DDC2. DDC2B

is a bi-directional data channel based on I

2

C protocol. The host can request EDID infor-

mation over the DDC2B channel. The Mobile Monitor is able to inform the host system

of its identity, and depending on the level of DDC used, communicate additional infor-

mation about its display capabilities.

is correctly connected to the Mobile Monitor’s

video power port.

Blank screen

Please check if USB-Powered cable is connected

to a 5V DC power source.
Please adjust Brightness and Contrast settings, or

reset them to factory default via OSD.

OSD shows “No

Signal” warning

Please check if Digital Video cable is correctly

connected to Mobile Monitor’s video input port

and computer’s HDMI output port.
