provide suggestions like where you can find the solution to clean the virus, but we are
unable to assist you until the virus is cleaned.
USB operation can only be guaranteed on a PC with pre-installed Windows 98/Me/
2000/XP. This product supports the majority of USB equipped PCs. However, due to differences
in USB implementation (on some PCs), full compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
