Selecting the
temperature

The set values can be changed,
see Description of control panel.

Using the thermometer

Activate the digital thermometer:

S Insert batteries into the rear of the

thermometer. The temperature is
displayed in ºC.

Button lock

The button lock prevents the appliance
from being switched off unintentionally
and the temperature from being changed.

Switching button lock on
and off

Simultaneously press buttons X and Y

for 3 seconds to switch the button lock
on.
˜©¥ is displayed.

Simultaneously press buttons X and Y

for 3 seconds again to switch the button
lock off.
˜©Ÿ is displayed.

Warning signal

The door warning signal

If the appliance door is open for longer
than two minutes, the door warning signal
sounds and š©§ is indicated on the
display panel. Close the door to switch off
the warning signal.

Temperature warning signal

If the temperature drops more than 2 °C
below the set temperature for longer than
60 minutes, Lta/actual temperature (low
temperature alarm) is indicated on the
temperature display and an alarm sounds.

If the temperature rises more than 5 °C
above the set temperature for longer than
60 minutes, Hta/actual temperature
(high temperature alarm) is indicated on
the temperature display and an alarm
sounds.

The acoustic and optical signals may be
actuated without risk to the refrigerated
food:

S 90 minutes after the appliance was

switched on.

S When large quantities of fresh food are

placed in the appliance.

The alarm automatically ends when the
set temperature has been restored in the
cabinet.

Press any button to switch off the warning
signal.

Caution:
Very low temperatures will prevent the
wine from maturing.
