1. Center the hitch under the frame as far rearward as possible against the end of the frame. Clamp in place.

2. Loosely attach the bolt on brackets as shown. It will bolt in next to the spring hanger. You may need to move the hitch

slightly rearward to give it room next to the spring hanger support.

3. Using the hole in the flange as a guide, drill 1/2

holes through the bottom of the frame. Install 1/2

bolt through bolt plate

and insert through the frame and install 1/2

flat washer, 1/2

"

lock washer, and 1/2

"

nut. You will not be able to use the

existing holes in the frame.

4. Torque 1/2

nuts to 70 ft•lb.

1. Attach the hitch to the van using the existing holes at the end of the frame. Insert 1/2

down through the holes in the frame and the hitch. Install 1/2

lock washers, and 1/2

nuts.

2. Attach the bolt on brackets (shown) to the hitch as shown in the diagram with 1/2

nuts. Leave the nuts loose.

long hex bolts with bolt plates down through the holes in the frame and the hitch. Install 1/2

nuts. Drill 1/2

holes in the frame for these bolts if your frame holes don’t line up.
