1 Driver/Left Bull Bar Bracket 4 10mm Lock Washers
1 Passenger/Right Bull Bar Bracket 4 10mm x 27mm OD x 3mm Flat Washers
2 10mm Double Nut Plates
4 8-1.25mm x 25mm Hex Bolts
4 12-1.75mm x 35mm Hex Bolts 4 8mm Lock Washers
4 12mm Lock Washers 4 8mm x 24mm OD x 2mm Flat Washers
PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ
INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION. CUTTING OF
PLASTIC BUMPER COVER IS RECOMMENDED.
2. NOTE: It may be necessary to remove/relocate front license plate and license plate bracket. It
is not required, but strongly recommended. If local/state law requires a license plate, license
plate relocation kit is available.
3. Starting at the driver side, remove the two factory bolts and the tow hook, (Figure 1). NOTE:
This Bull Bar is not compatible with factory tow hooks and they will not be reinstalled.
4. Select the driver side Frame Bracket. Refer to illustration above for bracket configuration.
Position the Frame Bracket onto the outside of the frame rail, (Figure 2). Secure the Bracket to
the frame channel using the included (2) 12mm x 35mm Hex Bolts, (4) 12mm Flat Washers,
(2) 12mm Lock Washers and (2) 12mm Hex Nuts, (Figure 2). Tighten hardware at this time.
5. Repeat Steps 3 & 4 for passenger side Frame Bracket installation.
6. Loosely attach the driver side Bull Bar Bracket to the Bull Bar using the included (2) 8mm x
25mm Hex Bolts, (2) 8mm Lock Washers and (2) 8mm Flat Washers, (Figure 3). Center the
Bracket on the end of the Bull Bar tube and snug but do not tighten at this time. Repeat this
step for passenger side Bull Bar Bracket installation.
7. With assistance, position the Bull Bar assembly up to the outside of the Frame Brackets.
Adjust the width or alignment of the Bull Bar Brackets if necessary. Insert the 10mm Double
Nut Plate between the plastic bumper cover and the Bull Bar Bracket, (Figure 4). Bolt the Bull
Bar Brackets to the Frame Brackets using the included (4) 10mm x 30mm Hex Bolts, (4) 10mm
