ID for a state in advanced mode.
BYTE yActionType
Bit 0 of action type shows whether the trigger unconditional is defined for
the state or not.

Remark
Sets the action type of the state that is included as trigger unconditional, in advanced mode.
NOTE: This method is only for advanced mode.
