a. Remove the plastic caps from the rear corners of the trailer frame.

b. Attach the rear corner brackets (12) to the frame using 1” bolts (L), small

flat- washers (K) and small locknuts (V); install this bolt horizontally. Also

use two 3 ¾” bolts (W), flat-washers (K) and a small locknut (V) to fasten the

d. Slide the side-rail (3) opening over the knob on the back of the bracket. Lay

the nut.

c. Twist the ramp pin-bolt into the front corner bracket (4) until the lock-

washer is flush with the bracket; the ramp pin-bolt will extend

approximately 1/8” through the nut welded onto the backside of bracket. You
will need to use a wrench to fasten the ramp pin-bolt to the bracket.

INSTALL FRONT CORNER BRACKETS (with ramp mounts)

a. Install the retaining cables (S) by looping them over the round knob on the

b. Insert the knob on the bracket into the hole of the side-rail.
