7. (Figure 5) Assemble the angle bracket (DD) to the (Figure 5) (Figure 5)
sweeper housing using a 5/16" x 3/4" hex bolt (F) and
a 5/16" nylock nut (J). Make sure the bracket is turned
as shown and aligned straight with the housing and
then
tighten.

8. Cut off the plastic tie that holds the height adjustment
tube in place.
9. (Figure 6) Assemble the R.H. hitch tube to the sweeper (Figure 6) (Figure 6)
housing using two 5/16" x 1-1/2" carriage bolts (D), and
two 5/16" nylock nuts (J).
Do not tighten yet. Repeat
for the L.H. hitch tube.
10. (Figure 7) Fasten the hitch tubes together using two (Figure 7) (Figure 7)
5/16" x 2-1/2" hex bolts (A), 5/16" small fl at washers
(L), and 5/16" nylock nuts (J).
Do not tighten yet.

5. (Figure 4) Attach the brush assembly with the black (Figure 4) (Figure 4)
brush retainer to the left end of the brush shaft using
two 1/4" x 1" hex bolts (G) and 1/4" nylock nuts (I). The
brush retainer marked with black ink must be placed to
the
middle of the sweeper.
6. (Figure 4) Turn a wheel to rotate the brushes. (The (Figure 4) (Figure 4)
wheels drive the brushes in one direction only.) The
overlap bristles should be on the back side of the brush
as it rotates.
