MOTOR REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS

1. Disconnect all Electrical power to the Fan.

2. Remove the fan from its installation position and

place the fan on a level surface. Remove both the
front and rear Wire Guards. Save the hardware for
re-installation later.


3. Remove the power cable from the motor housing.

4. Position the fan with the blades facing upward.

5. Using a 12 point 3/8 socket, remove the fan blade.

See Figure 1.










1. Disconnect power source before installing or

servicing fan. Failure to disconnect power
source can result in property damage, serious
injury, or death.

2. When this fan is used in a life support ventilation

system where failure could result in loss or
injury, the user should provide adequate backup
ventilation, or accept the risk of such loss or
injury.

loose, missing, or damaged parts.

2. Do not operate fan until you are completely

familiar with its operation. READ ALL
INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
