4. Attach the Belt Tensioner as shown in Figure 2 using 6 cap screws, 2 flat washers, and 6 lock nuts as
specified in the parts list above. Note the location of the two flat washers for the mounting of the Tensioner.
5. Refer to Figure 3. Re-Install the motor in the upper mounting position using the four cap screws and lock
nuts removed in Step 3.
6. Refer to Figure 4.
Use a straight edge to
align the prop pulley
and the motor pulley
with the tensioner
pulley as shown. If
necessary, loosen the
prop pulley set screw.
Securely tighten set
screw of motor pulley
and prop pulley.
Recommended torque
is 110 in. lbs.
minimum.
7. Install belt onto motor
pulley, tension pulley
and prop pulley.
8. Re-assemble the fan
and test for proper operation.
9. Installation complete.
