7. Place insulation on shaft. There is a pre-cut cut hole in the center of the insulation for the shaft. Make

sure that the silver side of the insulation faces away from the motor mounting plate.

8. Press the insulation down flush with the motor mount plate. The motor bolts will push through the

insulation. Square the insulation with the lower edge of the motor mounting plate.

9. Place one washer (provided) on each of the four bolts sticking through the insulation. Lock the

washers down with the lock nuts provided with kit.

10. Slide blower wheel onto shaft.

11. Set blower wheel in place with the motor shaft counter-sunk 1/10-of-an-inch into blower hub.

12. Secure blower wheel to shaft using the 1/8” allen wrench.

13. Insert blower motor assembly into place inside heater. Be sure to align the match-marks you made in

step four (4) above.

14. Secure blower motor assembly with the ten screws from step five (5) above.

15. Make sure that the blower turns freely, and that the blower wheel does not scrape the internals of the

heater.

16. Connect wires leading to the motor.

17. Re-apply power to the heater, and check for proper operation.
