Install Sprocket Assembly

Sprocket Assembly Installation
(See Figure 2):

Insert the new sprocket drive assembly
(F) so the slotted mounting hole lines up
with the main housing.


(8)

Re-assemble the Hex head bolts (C) in the
side to hold the sprocket assembly.


(9)

Replace the cabinet top (B).

(10)

Reinstall the four sheet metal screws (A)
holding the cabinet top (B).

using optional Power Trak

Sprocket Chain Installation
with Sprocket Pins
(See Figure 3):

Run the two new sprocket chains (G) over
the sprocket wheels in the manner desired.


(12)

Insert the two spade bolts (H) up from the
bottom of the load block.


(13)

Attach the lower ends of the sprocket
chains through the hole in the sprocket pins
by removing the master link (I) from the
end of the chain.


(14)

Attach the sprocket chains to the existing
curtain cable (J).


(15)

Adjust Curtains as described in the Power
Trak

™ Manual Part No. 4801-0154.
