supervise the status of the Manager extension.

If you are working with several managers, a different key will
need to be allocated to each manager.
If the “overflow secretary” feature is not activated, the
Manager key may be used to call the Manager directly (as a
personal memory key).
Absent secretary key
This key allows you to indicate your absence to your manager.
