5. Switch on the device and then release the setup button to complete the RAID mode

9. Rebuilding a redundant drive
The 8-BAY RAID STATION duplicates all data to separate drives in order to protect against
data loss due to drive failure in R30 and R50 mode. The following example illustrates
the procedure of rebuilding a redundant drive.
1. If drive 2 fails, please remove it from the device (fig. 17).
