A. Insert hook at the bottom of the ratchet into loop
B. Slide the webbing into the ratchet.
C. Determine where the drilled hole should be located with drill guide.
Use care when drilling and make sure drill guide fits snug to the pipe before drilling.
Drill a 3/16" diameter
hole, then remove the
drill guide clip.
