Cold Climate Two-Lens Kit
for Model 2014ST
Installation Instructions
The Cold Climate Two-Lens Kit gives the SkylightTube increase thermal protection in colder climates. The kit contains
two acrylic lenses that are installed in existing slots in the diffuser assembly. The only tool you will need is a Utility Knife
to seperate the rubber seal at the two latch points.

Step 1
You will need to remove the diffuser assembly. Remove the Trim Ring by turning clockwise. (fig. 1) The push the 4 hold down tabs
outward to release the Diffuser Assembly. (fig. 2) Then remove the Diffuser Assembly from the housing. (fig. 3) On the top side of the
Diffuser Assembly (fig. 4 & 5) are two extra slots that you will install each lens in. (fig. 6)

Step 2
Using a Utility Knife, cut the rubber seal under each latch as straight as possible see (fig. 7) Try to get the cut parallel with the joining
edges of both halves of the Assembly. (fig. 8) Make sure to completely cut through and seperate the rubber seal on both sides before
seperating the unit. (fig. 8)

Now raise the latch
on each side and
seperate the Diffuser
Assembly.
