Removal and Replacement
Removing the Fan
1. Disconnect the fan cable at CN16 from the system board.
2. Remove the two screws from the fan.
3. Lift the fan from the lower case.
Removing the FIR module
1. Disconnect the FIR cable at CN15 from the system board.
