1. Important
Please read this instruction booklet and the instruction booklet of the other kits
that you use in conjunction with the SCS kit carefully.
Read the simple rules shown below. Failure to respect these rules may give
rise to dangerous situations.
Caution: the product must not be used in official or unofficial competitions,
circuits, racing tracks and similar.
Caution: the installation of the SCS kit adds a weight of about 60g which is
in addition to the weight of the helemet and other accessories.
Caution: in order to respect the Highway Code in force in most countries, the
kit is pre-set in mono mode. For stereo, use the software configuration included
in the package (please consult the appropriate section of this booklet for its
use). Suomy® declines all responsibility in the case of use in stereo where this
is not allowed.
Caution: the electronic parts of the SCS kit in the helmet are not waterproof.
Avoid the inside of the helmet becoming wet not to risk damaging it. If water
were to filter into the inside of the helmet, disconnect the battery and remove it
from its housing, then remove the SCS kit and leave it to dry in the air.
Caution: the helmet must never be left within reach of unattended children to
avoid serious damage to their health if they access the batteries.
