To set the Receive Mode, follow the instructions:

Press (Settings).

Press All Settings.

Press a or b to display Fax.

Press Fax.

Press a or b to display Setup Receive.
f
Press Setup Receive.

Press a or b to display Receive Mode.
h
Press Receive Mode.
NOTE
If you cannot change the Receive Mode, make sure the Distinctive Ring feature is set to Off.

Press a or b to display Fax Only, Fax/Tel, External TAD or Manual, and then press
the option you want.
