Delete Profile: Check the user to delete. Click on the 'Delete' button to delete the user profile. Multiple users

can be deleted simultaneously.

Note: When users’ logon to Web ViewPoint and access the Event Subscribe or Instant Messenger features, an
entry is added to the UPRFDB with the user/alias information. The rest of the fields need to be added manually
by the user.

3.2.5 EVENT MANAGEMENT

This section primarily comprises of two screens namely Screen Configuration & On-Call Schedules. It allows the
users to manage the events via display template, master suppression, on-call schedules, etc. More information is
provided below:

3.2.5.1 SCREEN CONFIGURATION

This section comprises of three sub-sections:

 Master Suppression
 Display Template
 Owner-Subsytem

MASTER SUPPRESSION:
If the user wants to permanently suppress certain EMS messages from getting displayed on the events screen of
Web ViewPoint, regardless of the lower level filtering, it can be done through this option. Through this feature the
user can add the subsystems, event numbers and their corresponding owners for Event suppression. These cannot
be deleted from the events setting screen but only through this feature of Admin.

To suppress a particular owner, subsystem and event number, click ‘Add Suppression’. A list of owners is displayed
in the ‘Owner’ dropdown box. These owners are ‘TANDEM’ plus any application owner set through the Owner-
