7. Install the expansion board and lock the PCI retaining clip.
8. Install the PCI riser cage ("Installing the PCI Riser Cage" on page 33).
9. Connect any required internal or external cables to the expansion board.
Refer to the documentation that ships with the expansion board. If installing
a RILOE II board, refer to "RILOE II Cabling (on page 80)".
10. Install the access panel ("Installing the Access Panel" on page 32).
