NOTE:
If you need to use a proxy to access the repository, consult the manual pages of the tool
you are using to access the repository. for example, use apt-get, yum, zypper, to set up the
correct proxy configuration. You can also set the http_proxy environment variable by entering
the following:
export http_proxy=http://proxy_web_addres:port
Obtaining the "bootstrap.sh" Script
You can review the content of the boottstrap.sh script to satisfy any security or invocation
concerns. If in doubt, run the script it as a non-root user or in the preview (-n) mode. Make note
of the product bundle name you want to install, as shown on the web site
for IFIL support pack. The product bundle name
should be “IntegritySupportPack” When you are ready, invoke the script using the specified
<ProductBundleName
> as follows:
sh ./bootstrap.sh IntegritySupportPack
Use options as appropriate options or refer to the usage information at sh ./bootstrap.sh

If all the prerequisite checks pass, the relevant repository will be delivered with access
configuration for your specific distribution, version, architecture, and product combination. The
resulting configuration can be replicated to any number of similar systems, if needed.
By default, the configuration will point to the currently released set for a given software product.
As newer versions become available, your system can track these newer releases.
Using bootstrap.sh to Set Up the Repository
Download the bootstrap.sh script from
and place it on the system from which you want to access the repository.
Using the Default System Tools to Install/Update/Remove
At this point, you may use any of the default system tools, for example, use apt-get, yum,
zypper
r, to query, install, and remove packages from your system based on this repository's
contents. This class of tools will download the requested component meta-data from repository
indices and calculate the required actions for installation or removal.
When you install packages, this repository will work in concert with any of your previously
configured repositories to resolve dependencies and install in the order dictated by the meta-data
indices.
NOTE:
On some platforms, such as SLES10, you need to make YaST aware of the new repository
as well. Perform the following steps within YaST:

Select Software> Installation> Source Add

Specify the URL and enter the value of the baseurl from the respective file in /etc/zypp/
repos.d/HP*.repo
