5. Click the Edit Schedule button to set up a new schedule. The Schedule List dialog box will
appear.
a. Click the New button to create a new schedule, or select a schedule and click Edit. The
Schedule Properties dialog box appears.
b. On the Basic tab, enter a Name and Description for the schedule.
c. Position the crosshair cursor on the grid to indicate the day and time you want the report to
run, then click to select. You can enter multiple reporting times.
d. Click the Properties button to view or change the properties for the active (green)
scheduling point. The Schedule Component Properties dialog box will appear.
e. Review or change the date and time, then click OK.
