Add a decorative frame
Adding a decorative frame can make the photo stand out. You can choose from a palette
of various patterns and colors to make a frame.
To add a decorative frame
1.
Highlight the photo you want to work with.
2.
Press Menu.
3.
Select Edit photos, and then press OK.
4.
Select Get creative, and then press OK.
5.
Select Frames, and then press OK.
6.
Use or to select a frame category (General, Holidays, or Life events), and then
press OK.
7.
Use or to select a frame style, and then press OK.
8.
Press OK, and then press OK again to save a copy of the photo and frame as a new
image.
Add clipart
Note
Clipart is only available on the HP Photosmart A716 and A717 models.
To add clipart
1.
Highlight the photo you want to work with.
2.
Press Menu.
3.
Select Edit photos, and then press OK.
4.
Select Get creative, and then press OK.
5.
Select Clipart, and then press OK.
6.
Use or to select a clipart category (General, Holidays, or Life events), and then
press OK.
7.
Press
or
to change the size of the clipart, use the 4-way arrow button to move
the clipart, and then press OK.
8.
Press OK, select Yes, then press OK again to save a copy of the photo and clipart
as a new image.
Add a greeting
To add a greeting
1.
Highlight the photo you want to work with.
2.
Press Menu.
3.
Select Edit photos, and then press OK.
4.
Select Get creative, and then press OK.
5.
Select Greetings, and then press OK.
6.
Press or to select a greeting, and then press OK.
7.
Press
or
to change the size of the greeting, use the 4-way arrow button to
move the greeting, and then press OK.
8.
Press OK, select Yes, and then press OK again to save a copy of the photo and
greeting as a new image.
