Low Temperature
Threshold Used to issue a warning if the low temperature threshold
temperature is exceeded
Water Flow Loss

Used to open the HP mc-Series 5042 Rack doors when the
temperature threshold is exceeded and water loss is
detected.
This value cannot be lower than 5°C (41°F) above or more
than 20°C (68°F) above the Server Intake Temperature Set
Point.
High Temperature
Emergency Door
Opening Threshold
Used to open the MCS 5042 doors when the temperature
threshold is exceeded.
This value:
• Cannot be lower than 5°C (41°F) above or more than
20°C (68°F) above the Server Intake Temperature Set
Point
• Cannot be less than the Water Flow Loss Emergency
Door Opening Temperature Threshold

Pump Cycles
Warning Threshold
Used to issue a warning if the condensation pump exceeds
the permissible number of cycles within a 24-hour period
