The printer may have been placed in direct sunlight which can affect the
Automatic Paper-Type Sensor. Move the printer away from direct sunlight.
blank pages are printing
The printer may process pages containing no text or images if a facsimile
(fax) is being printed.
Follow these steps to save a fax file in graphic format:
1. Save the fax in a graphic format with a TIF file name extension.
2. Copy and insert the graphic in a word processing document.
3. Save the document.
4. Print the document in the word processing program.
