1. Raise the top of the paper tray.
2. Slide out both paper guides.
3. Do one of the following:
• For executive, A4, and B5 sized paper, place the paper in the tray.
• For legal-sized paper, pull out the paper length guide, then place the
paper in the tray.
4. Slide the paper guides snugly against the paper.
5. Lower the top of the paper tray, then pull out the paper tray extension.
